Good stay overall
Good place to stay overall. Good customer service at the restaurant. Good customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with attention to the details. Good quality food and customer focused staff.

Good
The staff was super nice, helpful, and tried to accommodate any additional requests, definitely the strongest advantage :) . The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets and a good restaurant nearby.
The surroundings of the hotel (city view) were quite loud, also it was very easy to hear people from other rooms. Altogether, not the best place for someone who is looking for a quiet place or is a light sleeper. Also, the hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the corridor was smelling and looking really bad, and it was not due to bad cleaning service but rather not doing any maintenance work for years.

A lovely hotel in a good location with two gorgeous pool areas and really kind staff.
The location is great! In a seemingly more quiet part of town and only a few minutes from the beach. The hotel was pretty quiet (guessing as it’s not peak season) so there was always space by the pools and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
I had asked about late check out in advance and been told that was okay and to pay at the hotel. But once there we were told there was no availability for late check out. Not the end of the world but wish it had been communicated in advance that it wasn’t guaranteed.
